Jarom Jordan
Jarom Jordan - Media Relations Director
Jarom Jordan is in his second season as the media relations director. He also works at BYU-TV as a play-by-play, reporter, and assistant producer. He has worked with the men's soccer team as a play-by-play or sideline reporter on BYU-TV since 2006.
He has won several awards for his work on TV. In 2007, 2008, and 2010 he won "Best Sports Story" from the Utah Broadcasters Association. As a student, KSL Radio, TV, and Bonneville Communications gave him the prestigious Arch L. Madsen Scholarship while at BYU.
He served an LDS mission to Porto Alegre (North), Brazil from 2002-2004. He graduated in April 2009 in broadcast journalism from BYU. He is from West Jordan and graduated from Copper Hills High School in 2002. Jarom enjoys watching and playing sports, reading, taking pictures, and spending time with his family.
Some of his favorite soccer moments include watching BYU play Real Salt Lake, Coventry City, and the Fijian National Team. He also loved seeing Real Madrid in 2006 and the United States play Costa Rica in 2005 in Salt Lake City.
